Iris hold a MBA in Human Resources Management and a BA in Management and Sociology. She completed her studies in Expressive Arts Psychotherapy and attended a Board of Directors course.
Iris has been active in the social sphere for over 25 years. In 2015, Iris and her husband, Gal, founded the Mahalach Foundation, a family philanthropic foundation, and she has been serving as its chair since.
Iris also serves as a board member of Be For Good, as a member of the board of trustees of Machshava Tova, and is a member of JFN Israel. Iris previously served as a board member of Access Israel and volunteered in many non-profit organizations including Our Children in the Schneider Children’s Medical Center, One of Nine, and Renanim Boarding School.
